Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the District combines a business meeting where delegates receive reports, approve budgets and elect board members, with a short program addressing a theme or issue of interest to participants. Each of the District's congregations is entitled to three voting delegates, who shall be members of the congregation or settled ministers of the congregation. The Annual Meeting is to be held in April or May of each year at a time and place as determined by the MBD Board of Directors.
